Vinod Narayan Sonar
Vinod Narayan Sonar - Considered as Nilima Didi's right hand man, plays a key role in brainstorming new project ideas with Didi and others.
Hemraj Pralhad Rane plays a key role in forming and motivating our SHG. He looks to uphold the traditional skills in the villges through constant empowerment.
He has contributed to identifying and grouping people of similar trades and formation of the Vyapari Mahila Sanghatan. He continues to work with MFI to extend support to these women.

He also joined the organisation in 2007. When he heaed of BNGVN's work he was inspired to do something for his village as well. He works in the Dhulia slums where he plays a key role in setting up SHGs and providing MF support.
Jyoti Sunil More, Dipali Sanjay Morankar and Raju Chauhan also support our Microfinance initiatives in different villages.

Ashok Nana Pawar plays a very important role of recovering money on the MFI loans from the villagers and works very closely with the AFC.

Pournima Vinod Sonar
Pournima Vinod Sonar joined the organisation in 2004 and has played a very dynamic role from the beginning. She has supported the Anganwadi, Balwadi projects initially and has now moved to managing the Udyog project. Her role includes – train women on quilt making, co ordinate raw materials purchases, so on.
