B NGVN has been able to carry forward work in the villages due to a great deal of support from well wishers.
MS. Ramesh Bhai Kacholia and MS. Nimesh Sumati from Caring Friends have provided not only financial but moral support to BNGVN, nearly from the start of the organisation. The Caring Capital was initially set up with the support of Caring Friends.
They have also supported in buying land and construction of a warehouse to store raw materials purchased in bulk. This has been a great support to our women empowerment initiatives.
Rotary Club - Chalisgaon and Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan have supported the Sanitation facilities in our villages.
In the year of 2009-10, we have constructed 110 public toilets and 38 private toilets across our villages.
In the year of 2010-11, we have constructed 57 toilet blocks in Bahadarpur and Shirsode areas.
Letz’ Dream through Agriculture Finance Corporation Ltd. is working with BNGVN in providing retail microfinance across Dhule district. During the year 2010-2011, over 100 farmers were financially supported. Overall, Rs 7,66,0000/- has been disbursed with most of the first installment successfully recovered.
Lupin Foundation has been involved in training and capacity building of Tribal women and helping them self sustain through Quilt making and Udyog Kendra (Center). These trainings were conducted in Khatyal and Kudashi. Staff from BNGVN trained them not only in quilt making but managing this small business too.
